Why people use Sign & Fill Forms

Most PDF forms (loan applications, contracts, claim forms, government forms) need filling field-by-field plus a signature. Sign & Fill Forms lets the AI auto-fill recognized fields from a description (or another doc you provide as context), then you sign and send. Combined workflow.

Loan application forms
Indian bank loan forms have ~50–100 fields. AI fills the recognizable ones from your provided context (KYC info, employment details). You verify, sign, send. Faster than manual field-by-field filling.
Insurance claim forms
TPA claim forms have detailed fields (hospital info, diagnosis codes, expense breakdown). AI fills from the discharge summary + bill provided as context; you verify, add what’s missing, sign, submit.
Employment / HR forms
Onboarding paperwork (provident fund, group insurance enrollment, tax declarations). AI fills from your employment offer + ID docs; you sign and submit through HR.
Visa / immigration forms
DS-160 (US visa), Schengen, VFS forms. AI fills repeating fields (name / address / passport details) from your context docs; you verify carefully (visa form errors have consequences) and sign.
Contract execution
Standard contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SoWs) where party-specific fields need filling. AI fills from your party-info doc; you review the contract, sign in the right spot, send.

How Sign & Fill Forms works

Three steps. Sign in to run, zero retention — files never persisted on our servers.

  1. STEP 1
    Upload form + context
PDF form (up to 50 MB) plus optional context docs (resume / KYC / discharge summary — whatever has the data the form needs). Up to 3 context docs supported.
  2. STEP 2
    AI fills recognized fields
Form fields detected, types classified (text / date / checkbox / signature). AI matches fields against your context docs and fills with confidence scores. Low-confidence fields flagged for manual review.
  3. STEP 3
You verify + sign + download
Side-by-side view: form with AI-filled fields highlighted, your signature drawn or uploaded into signature fields. Verify each field, correct any mistakes, then download the completed PDF for submission.

What makes pdfcraft ai different

  • Citations on every claim
Every AI summary, answer, and translation links back to the page it came from. You can verify the source before relying on the output. Hallucination is bounded, not blind.
  • Pay only for what you use
No subscription. Purchased credits never expire. Cancel anytime. Cost shown before you run — exact credit amount appears after upload.
  • Multi-provider routing, no vendor lock-in
We balance multiple AI providers per call to optimise cost and quality. If one has an outage, the next call automatically tries another. You're not bound to a single vendor's pricing or downtime.
  • Zero retention by design
Your PDF lives in memory only as long as the AI call needs it, then it's discarded — nothing is persisted to our servers. We don't fine-tune models on your data. Verifiable in your dashboard's audit log.
  • Honest about model limits
When a doc exceeds the model's context window we surface that the output was truncated (we render result.wasTruncated in every AI tool's UI). When a number can't be verified from the source we flag it. No silent failures.

Frequently asked questions

Will it know my signature?
You provide it — either drawn on screen (mouse / trackpad / stylus) or uploaded as an image. AI doesn’t generate or fabricate signatures. The signature you provide is what gets placed in the signature fields.
What if the AI fills a field wrong?
Side-by-side review surfaces every filled field with confidence score. Click any field to edit. Low-confidence fields highlighted for explicit review. The workflow assumes verification — never submit without checking.
Will it work for Indian government forms?
Common forms (PAN, Aadhaar update, passport, voter ID) recognized. State / DM-level forms may have less reliable field detection. For high-stakes government submissions, verify every field before signing.
Is the signature legally binding?
Indian Information Technology Act 2000 recognizes electronic signatures for most uses. Some specific contexts (real estate registration, certain corporate actions) require physical signatures or DSC (Digital Signature Certificate). When in doubt, consult the receiving party about their signature requirements.
What’s the credit cost?
10 credits per doc. Higher than analysis tools because the workflow combines form-detection + field-fill + signature-overlay. Cost is fixed regardless of form length.
Privacy?
Form + context docs sent to inference provider for field-filling, not stored. For maximum confidentiality (especially KYC docs with PAN / Aadhaar), use the in-browser flow only and avoid sharing the completed form before review.
