Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with pdfcraft ai. This page explains exactly when and how refunds work.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. You can request a refund for any unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed on AI tool runs are not refundable.
Bonus credits
Promotional or bonus credits granted for free are not eligible for refund. Only credits you paid for are refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@pdfcraftai.com from the address associated with your account. Include the order reference or transaction ID from your receipt. Most refund requests are processed within 2 business days.
How refunds are returned
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but no credits appeared in your account, or if you see a duplicate charge, email support@pdfcraftai.com with the transaction ID. Duplicate or failed-transaction refunds are processed on priority, typically within 1 business day.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve almost all billing questions within 1 business day and would rather sort it out with you directly.
