Every purchase generates a tax invoice automatically. Find them at Settings → Billing → Invoices. Each invoice includes the buyer name, address, tax ID (if you've filled it in), and a per-line VAT/GST breakdown.
If your business has a VAT/GST number, add it under Settings → Billing → Tax details. We will reverse-charge VAT for valid EU/UK numbers and zero-rate for valid GST numbers in supported regions.
Need an invoice reissued in another company's name? Email billing@pdfcraftai.com with the original receipt number — we usually turn this around the same day.
