Auto-refill watches your balance. When it drops below the threshold you set, we re-purchase the same credit pack on the same card. The default threshold is 10 credits.
Configure it under Settings → Billing → Auto-refill. You can also set a monthly cap so a runaway script can't drain your card.
Every auto-refill sends an email receipt before the charge so it never feels surprising.
