Open Settings → Billing → Subscription. Click 'Cancel subscription'. Confirm in the dialog. That's it — your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period and you'll keep access until then. We don't ask for a reason and don't try to retain you on the cancellation flow.
Cancellation does NOT delete your account or your unused credits. Anything you've already paid for stays in your wallet and never expires. The only thing that stops is the next monthly auto-charge.
If you want to downgrade instead of cancel (e.g. drop from a yearly plan to a credit pack), open Settings → Billing → Plan and pick 'Switch plan'. The remaining yearly value is converted to credits at the equivalent retail rate.
Want to delete your account entirely (not just cancel)? Open Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete account. This is irreversible: it permanently removes your profile, uploaded files, generated outputs, and any unused credits. We process the deletion request within 24 hours per our DPDP / GDPR data-deletion commitments.
Per our refund policy, unused credits remain refundable for 14 days from each purchase — so cancelling at any point doesn't forfeit pending refunds. The cancellation and refund windows are independent.
