pdfcraft acts as a data processor for all customer-uploaded content. The full data processing addendum is available at /dpa and signs without negotiation for all paid plans.
Subject access requests (export, rectification, erasure) can be filed by the account owner from Settings → Privacy, or by emailing privacy@pdfcraftai.com. We respond within 30 days, usually within 5 business days.
